Trebjesa Biomap is a project for the development of a bilingual digital platform and an interactive web application dedicated to the biodiversity of the Trebjesa Park Forest.
The project connects field research, expert data processing, modern digital technologies, multimedia content and active participation of citizens. Its goal is to make natural values more accessible, understandable and visible to citizens, students, researchers, institutions and visitors to Nikšić.
Through an interactive map, data on plant and animal species, marked localities, eco-info-tables with QR codes and functionality of civil science, Trebjesa BioMap establishes a new connection between nature, knowledge and local community.
